This Weeks Empties

I have been forcing myself not buy new products because I just have so many stocked up.  I have had a bad habit of buying products I like on sale even if I don't need them....one I'm trying to break.  At the moment we are getting our primary bedroom and bathroom redone, so because of that I had to move everything out of the room and bathroom and store it in other places  This has been quite difficult because I have realized I have way too much and need to simplify!  There are products that I really like but if I am not going to keep using them because others are better I probably shouldn't stock up.  I don't know about you but simplifying has been on my radar and now because of this remodel I have began to take it more seriously!  These are my most recent empties and whether or not I will be repurchasing or not.

Picture of Tula Protect and Glow sunscreen
If you've been here before you know that this has been my go to sunscreen for years.  I wear sunscreen daily even if I am not going outside because you can still be exposed to UVA, UBV, and blue light and living in Arizona I have realized I need to protect my skin as much as I can.  I have my Tula Protect + Glow on auto order and I love the glow it gives.  I often wear this with just some bronzer and blush instead of using foundation.

I love this clay stick foundation but I am bummed that they only offer if in three shades now at Sephora.  I can't even find it on the Tarte webpage so I am not sure if they will be continuing it.  I will definitely be buying another from Sephora because I use it all the time and I love that it blends easily with my cream blush and bronzer sticks. They do have a new skin treat concealer but I haven't tried it yet so I may have to buy this IF I end up doing the Tarte 7 for $65 deal coming up soon.

I switched to aluminum free, natural deodorant 3 years ago and it was a journey for sure.  I had tried multiple other brands and they worked for a while and then stopped.  I decided to give megababe a shot an I think I finally found the one!  This smoothie deo was the first one I tried and it was not my favorite - I won't buy this specific ones again. It worked really well but I didn't like how it had some white residue so I decide to try a different one. After I finished this one I also tried the rosy pits and I liked it but so far the Sunny Pits is my favorite and the one I am currently using. I also have the Green deo with antioxidant to try next.

I have been using this setting spray for a few years now and honestly I am not sure that I want to repurchase. It's not bad but I also don't honestly feel like it lasts the 16 hours like advertised. I am not sure I will purchase another but that will depend on if I find another that has a similar  cost and quality of product.  If you have a setting spray recommendation leave a comment below!

Do I have too much makeup? Yes.  Do I keep buying makeup? Also yes....But this  Oh my Glow bronzer stick is one of my favorites! I don't use power formulas because I have dry skin and creams work so much better. I have been trying different brands and I really do enjoy the Ulta brand because it is made with clean ingredients and it's cruelty free.  I also use their cream blush as well.  They are blendable and very pigmented which I really like. I tend to wait until Ulta does their buy two get one free sale to snag a few of these.

I am not sure if it really is helping but I feel like this Strivectin Neck tightening cream is working. As I am moving along in my 30's I've been trying to implement better skin care and not just for my face.  I feel like I neglected my neck and décolletage area and now I am trying to reverse whatever I can...if it's even possible.  It is a little pricey so I would suggest buying the sample size first- that's what I did, then after I ended up buying a two pack at Costco because it was a screaming deal.  I think after I finish the second one I will try the roller instead because I do enjoy when products have the cooling metal applicator.
Have you tried any of these, or would you recommend any similar products that you just love?
