Hobby Lobby Finds

I don’t know about you but I’m a pretty solid sale shopper. I rarely buy anything full price because that’s how my momma raised me. It’s the time of year where Hobby Lobby starts their clearance sale where eventually it gets up to 80-90% off. I decided to stop by today and see what they had in hopes of finding some cute stuff for Stevie’s nursery...I know, I know, she’s 8 months old and I still haven’t decorated it, I’m just not “that mom”.

Because 4th of July is coming up they started putting all those items on sale in hopes of clearing out that section for all their fall decor (and Christmas soon too) which was already scattered around the store. Right now it’s 30% off, but if you wait until last minute or after it will go up to 50% off and they had some cute stuff!

Of course when you walk in they have the cute stands in the middle with all the signs and wooden/metal decor and they’re all 50% off so I had to check that out. Generally I don’t buy much from these because they do this sale a lot but, I couldn’t resist this sign for little girls room, it’s just too cute!

I perused the mermaid one (so cute!) but skipped the rest of these and headed to the side of the store where the bigger sales are. All things labeled spring are 66% off and there were some really cute items! I ended up with this rug for less than $9 -originally $25!

There were so many cute spring items on sale, but of course I don’t need them so I kept notes of what ones to go back for once they have their bigger clearance before they really need to pump items out to get up Christmas

I only got the rug because I felt like I could wait on anything else, so the 75% off aisle it is! There were a ton of cute decor items that would match my kitchen perfect (if you have blue & white in your house this sale is for you!) but I figured if they were still there once the sale is more discounted then I could think about it. My goal was to get things for little girls nursery. This cute sign was less than $6 and will look so perfect in her room!

This sale happens a few times a year, but I love when the Paper Studio is half off because this is where I get a lot of my decorative tape (washi basically) for my scrap booking and planners!  It's not generally ever discounted more than this so I highly suggest checking it out!

BUT, my favorite find of the day was this floral wreath. I've been browsing through pinterest to find ideas of how to hang baby bows and I'm obsessed with the idea of adding knotted string to the bottom to create a "hanger" for all her bows. All floral is 50% off as well so this was cheaper than I could have made it myself! I can't wait to start this DIY!
