Weekly empties

Hey friends, it’s been a minute since I’ve been on here. This school year has gotten busy and the end of the year is always crazy with state testing. I finally have some time and decided to share my empties for the week and if I recommend repurchasing them or not.

First up is the protect + plump hydrating moisturizer from Tula. I love the pump and how good this feels on my face. I definitely took off the top to scrape as much product out as possible! I have not repurchased this yet because I’m trying their vitamin c moisturizer now but this one is definitely on my list to buy again! As you can see I was on the moisturizer chain this month trying out all the ones I could. My face had been SO dry these last few months, to the point where my eyelids have been red and almost like having eczema. I decided to try out this philosophy moisturizer to see if it would help. It was nice and light but not for me so this is not on my list to repurchase.

The same goes for the IT confidence in a cream. Overall a nice moisturizer but for the price it isn’t a yes for me. Of course I used it all but the formula just wasn’t for me and didn’t keep my face as moisturizer as needed with how dry my face has been. It’s very thick and full of hyaluronic acid, collagen, and vitamin e, so if you are looking it may be a good fit for you, why I tend to buy sample sizes first to try it out.

This Cake mousse is one of my faves and I have already repurchased multiple times. I love how well it works, it really isn’t sticky, once it dries and I scrunch out the crunch it’s perfect. I have a few other foams I have to try but I keep floating back to this one. Plus it’s very reasonable in price and curly girl friendly without sulfates, parabens, and phtlates, plus has aloe vera and vitamin e.

This is my daily sunscreen, I have it on reorder because it’s my favorite. I have a few new ones to try but I keep going back to the Tula protect + glow.
